Se dedic\u00f3 a la fotograf\u00eda de manera autodidacta. En 1979 fue Miembro Fundador de la Sala Arturo Edwards, del Instituto Chileno Brit\u00e1nico de Cultura en Santiago.\u00a0A sus 83 a\u00f1os la fot\u00f3grafa nacional se mantiene completamente activa, incursionando durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada en la fotograf\u00eda digital.\u00a0Este a\u00f1o el Museo \u00a0de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo\u00a0 MAC Parque Forestal present\u00f3 la muestra \u00abDesde la mirada al encuadre\u00bb,\u00a0que comprende una selecci\u00f3n de sus\u00a0obras m\u00e1s \u00edntimas e in\u00e9ditas<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>hechas entre 1974 y 2016<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Naci\u00f3 el 18 de octubre de 1933 en Talca, Chile.\u00a0Aprendi\u00f3 dibujo y pintura con el artista Adolfo Couve.
